Eligibility
You need a Discord server or website related to what we sell, and a solid reputation. Applications from people with a poor reputation are declined.

Panels
If you already run a panel, tell us before adding sub-resellers or selling it on. Reselling or distributing panels without our approval isn't allowed.

Promotions
Don't give keys away for free or run massive discounts to pull attention to your server unless we approve it in advance.

Authorization
Only people we explicitly authorize can resell the product. Unauthorized reselling is not allowed.

Disclosure
Make it clear to buyers you're not the original developer. If you rebrand, say you're not the developer and don't handle updates yourself.

Pricing
Follow the set pricing. No overcharging, no undercutting — it keeps the brand consistent for every reseller.

Honesty
Don't mislead customers — no claiming to be the original creator, and no misrepresenting what the product does.

Liability
You're responsible for anyone you supply, including people who just buy keys from you. If they break the rules, your access ends too.
Enforcement
We revoke reseller access without notice when these rules are broken — including for downstream resellers you supply.
