8 rulesBinding policy
  1. Eligibility

    To qualify, you must have a Discord server or website related to our services. A strong reputation is essential — applications from those with a poor reputation will be instantly declined.

  2. Panels

    If you have a panel, you must inform us before adding resellers or selling it. Reselling or distributing panels without our approval is strictly prohibited.

  3. Promotions

    Giving away keys for free or offering large discounts to attract attention to your server is strictly prohibited unless approved in advance.

  4. Authorization

    Only those explicitly authorized by the original product creator are allowed to resell the products. Unauthorized reselling is strictly prohibited.

  5. Disclosure

    Resellers must make it clear to buyers that they are not the original creator or developer of the product. If rebranding, you must explicitly state that you are not the developer and that updates are not handled by you.

  6. Pricing

    Resellers are required to follow a set pricing structure to prevent price gouging or undercutting, ensuring the brand's image remains intact and protected.

  7. Honesty

    Resellers must avoid misleading customers by falsely claiming to be the original creator or misrepresenting the product's features and capabilities.

  8. Liability

    You are fully responsible for your resellers, including those who don't have a panel but purchase keys from you. If they violate any of these rules, your panel will be terminated.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to revoke reseller access without notice when these rules are broken — including through downstream resellers you supply.
